PRISM+ Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for one-time use and redeemable only on PRISM+ website (www.prismplus.sg)
- Voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period
- Vouchers must be redeemed by entering the unique code at PRISM+ website's checkout.
- This voucher is valid solely for the purchase of PRISM+ physical products and shall not be applied toward services, parts, installations, or transactions related to warranties.
- Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Voucher will not be replaced/ reimbursed if lost, damaged, stolen, or expired.
- In any case of order cancellation, the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be replaced.
- Any unconsumed value of the voucher will be forfeited/ non-refundable once expired
- Purchases exceeding the value of the voucher require an alternative payment method for the difference.
- Unauthorized use of vouchers will not be compensated.
- PRISM+ reserves the right to void any vouchers believed to have been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
- Misuse of vouchers may result in legal action.
- PRISM+ is not responsible for any loss or damages from the use or inability to use vouchers.
- By purchasing from the Seller, the Purchaser has agreed to be bound by the following “Terms of Service” (https://prismplus.sg/pages/
terms-of-service ) and “Warranty Policy” (https://prismplus.sg/pages/warranty-terms ).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Kindly note that all Prism+ orders placed on our rider shop will only be processed in the preceding (next) month. Please keep a lookout for an email in the preceding month for details of your Prism+ products.
Ex: You placed an order during October 1st 2022 till October 31st 2022. We tabulate all October Prism+ orders within the first week in November (November 1st till November 8th 2022). You should receive details on your Prism+ item via email after the first week.
Please be informed that foodpanda will send the Prism+ e-voucher to you via email. Details will be sent to you via email in the preceding month.
Once purchased, there will be no refunds.
