Do I need to purchase the rider equipment set?

Its a requirement for all new riders to purchase the equipment set to start deliver food with foodpanda

Where can I purchase the rider equipment?
Panda Shops:
 - East Hub, 73 Ubi Road 1 #05-52, Open daily 9:30 to 18:30
 - West Hub, 818 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Open daily 9:30 to 18:30

How does the buying process work?

  1. Select the items you want and add them to your cart 
    - Equipment sets (for newbies)
    - Other promotion sets (for everyone)

  2. Check your cart, make sure everything is correct and proceed to check out

  3. Proceed to Payment
    * we only accept payment by credit/debit card, all banks accepted

  4. Complete order

Can I return the equipment set for a refund?
All purchases are final and non-refundable

Can I exchange the equipment after purchasing?
Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges is not allowed.

How long does the delivery take?
 - Standard: Delivery will be 1 - 3 working days
 - Express: Orders place before 5pm will receive item on the same day

I did not receive / receive wrong/defect item. How do I reach out?
