Ex: You placed an order during October 1st 2022 till October 31st 2022. We tabulate all October Prism+ orders within the first week in November (November 1st till November 8th 2022). You should receive details on your Prism+ item via email after the first week.

Please be informed that foodpanda will not be delivering your Prism+ products to you, you will need to fill in a separate form for Prism+ to deliver the items to you later on. Details will be sent to you via email in the preceding month.
