I had been at our Upper Bt Timah branch and noted the Rain Set is not able to withstand a heavy rain. It's not appropriate to say the material as a Rain Set. They are just a "wind-braker"
Panda needs to source for better material on the Rain Set to assist their rider. They should have a mind-set of helping rider instead of making sales.
Don't forget, riders are your free advertising material. This cost is very valuable and expensive. Rider is also your brand ambassador.
Giving such a claim with no basis will only hurt panda more than the riders. The vendor and client are looking at rider when we reach with a wet rain set which is wetting the rider as well.
